Tony Ridley
Chief Security Officer, Asia Pacific
International SOS
As the Chief Security Officer Asia Pacific, Tony is responsible for Intl. SOS’ corporate security and the delivery of all security services to clients across the region. His responsibilities include the daily monitoring and analysis of political and security events, the provision of security advice and the coordination of political evacuation operations for clients. In addition, he is also involved in the execution of security assessments, crisis management plans, security and crisis training and other specialised security consultancy projects for clients across the region. Prior to joining Intl. SOS in 2005, Tony has spent the past five years in a wide variety of security and business support roles. As the Head of Security for a public company operating in Indonesia since 2004, Tony developed and managed the functional security of the production and distribution company in remote locations with large numbers of permanent and seasonal staff. The end result of these initiatives resulted in reduced operating costs and greatly improved life safety and security of assets that ensured the continued company operations. After his success in Indonesia, Tony worked in Iraq following the last invasion, as a security specialist conducting protective security operations throughout the country with one of the most well-known global security consulting companies. During this time, he planned and executed multiple security operations in support of Government personnel deployed on commercial redevelopment programs. Returning once again to Southeast Asia, Tony took up the position of General Manager for Country Operations for one of the largest security companies in the region with 3,500 staff. He subsequently assumed the role of Director Operations responsible for the business management and operational support to clients in manufacturing, hotels, distribution, forestry, construction, and oil and gas. Tony spent nearly 14 years on the Australian Army, serving predominately in Special Operations with the Special Air Service (SAS) Regiment. During this time, he planned and led special operations across the region on counter-insurgency, anti-terrorism and recovery missions. Tony holds diplomas on Security Operations Management and Search and Rescue together with advance linguistics. He is an active member in the American Society for Industrial Security. |

Marcus Loh is the Senior Manager for Security solutions for Symantec Corporation. He has more than 12 years of experience in the enterprise space working on leading brands and solutions addressing some of the industry's most demanding requirements. He is currently providing leadership for Symantec in the areas of email archiving, IT compliance and enterprise security among others. Prior to Symantec Corporation, Marcus worked at Microsoft Singapore Pte Ltd in a variety of roles addressing the enterprise requirements such as email, desktop operating system and productivity suite. He graduated with degrees in Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science from Washington State University. |

Humphrey Chan

Mr Humphrey Chan has joined SafeNet as the Vice President of Asia Pacific in March 2004 following SafeNet’s acquisition of Rainbow Technologies. Humphrey is responsible for driving SafeNet’s business growth and leadership in the Asia Pacific region (including Japan), enhancing partner and channel relationships, and furthering sales & marketing development throughout the region. Reporting to the President of SafeNet, Humphrey has more than 16 years of industry and international experience in information security and global sales and service. Before the acquisition, Humphrey held a senior management position in Rainbow Technologies for over 10 years and was based in the US headquarters for 8 years. He was then relocated back to Hong Kong to set up the APAC operations. At present, SafeNet has 7 offices in APAC and 2 operation center in India and China respectively. Mr. Chan holds a BA Degree in Economics and International Business from Eastern Washington State University and MBA in Finance from University of Oregon. Mr. Chan is an active member of American Electronics Association and was recognized by the International Who's Who Association in 2000. |

Tan Shong Ye

Shong Ye has more than 14 years of Information Technology advisory experience.
He heads the Security & Technology practice in PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, where he leads a team of engineers and IT professionals to help clients manage risks and improve the performance of their organisations. Shong Ye has significant experience in planning, executing and leading IT reviews, design and implementation projects in Singapore and in the region, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, China, Japan and Taiwan, and worked with clients from large organisations in the financial, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing and government sectors. Examples of assignments include IT planning, audit and assurance, identity management, data management, technology system implementation, technology strategy and planning, Internet systems, network infrastructure review and improvement, fund transfer systems, risk management and security consulting. Shong Ye has a MBA from Chicago Graduate School of Business, Masters of Science and Masters of Engineering from France. He has been a part-time lecturer for the IT audit course for the MBA programme of the Nanyang Business School, Singapore, and has authored numerous articles in the area of IT management and governance. |

Greg is Juniper’s APAC Systems Engineering Manager for Emerging Technologies, responsible for ensuring the adoption and technical assimilation of newly acquired technology into the APAC theatre. The charter of the Emerging Technology team is to pioneer these technology solutions in the region by educating the market about their advantages, designing leading solutions, collating feature requests from the market for the product engineers and generally ensuring Juniper continues to have the best and most innovative networking products in the industry. Greg has a long history in security and infrastructure engineering at Juniper. Prior to his current role, Greg was Juniper’s Lead Systems Engineer for Security Products in Australia and New Zealand. Greg joined Juniper Networks by way of NetScreen, when the latter was acquired in 2004. He was NetScreen’s first Systems Engineer in South Asia covering all ASEAN countries and Australia / New Zealand. He helped build the regional channel and technical sales business, provided technical training for new Systems Engineers in the region and was the regional expert on 3G/GPRS firewall technology. |

Since joining Fortinet in April 2006, Mr Prasetyo has significantly grown the business in Singapore and emerging markets. The company's revenue grew by more than 66% in Singapore and more than 49% in Indonesia during Q1 2007 as compared to Q1 2006. Prior to joining Fortinet, Mr Prasetyo was previously Regional Sales Manager at Eracom Technologies, a cryptography solutions vendor acquired by SafeNet, where he grew sales by 172% in a one year period. Prior to Eracom Technologies, Mr Prasetyo worked as a security consultant for NetStar Networks, Datacraft Asia and Asiasoft. Mr Prasetyo graduated from National Institut of Technology in Bandung and initially started his career in technology as a network administrator and database engineer at the University Centre of MicroElectronics in Bandung, Indonesia. Mr Prasetyo has broad experience in security consulting, developing security architecture for enterprises, government and military networks in various countries, conducting vulnerability assessment, risk analysis and deployment of security threats prevention and detection technologies. |
